Hi All,
In Documents upload section , description given for " Marriage License/Certificate " as below :
"The marriage must be valid under the law of the country where it took place and under Canadian law."
Why they are mentioning "Under Canadian law " ?
Does this means , do i need to notarize my Indian Marriage Certificate ? Please clarify.
