I heard some applicants have paid RPRF without getting the request. Is it okay to do so? Please let me know if anyone has information regarding this.

You can pay it in advance if you like and send the payment, but honestly I do not believe that doing so will accelerate the process . In my case, I prefer to wait for them to ask me for the RPRF so I can see that the case is moving even if it does not turn into IP yet. I am a May applicant, status medicals received since June 31st, nothing after that...
