I'm on the same boat. Just boosted my CRS to 457, and heard the cut off became over 470.
I'm even considering learning French...lol

How did you get your CRS to 457. Do you have one year work experience or more? Which English exam did you take and what are your scores? As for French, I'll do myself a favour and skip that lol

I suspect 1000-1200 is the new 1500. For a while at least. And that would keep the cutoff much higher than 450 unless there are back-to-back draws.

The economic quota has been cut down by 20% with CEC being integrated with FSW/FST. Given that they also said that half of the 2016 targets would be met from the backlog, that's already a pointer to a significant reduction in the number of ITAs/draw or the number of draws or both.

I have a canadian MA degree and a foreign BA degree. just 1 year canadian work experience.
I took CELPIP, 9 9 9 10. but just took another one last week and was expecting to boost my score again. I think if I get above 10 on all 4 sections, I can get 9 points boosted.
However, it still looks not high enough

I also got rejected due to PCC error last year. The cut off for this draw is a bit higher than all previous draw this year. According to previous trend, the cutoff will decrease inevitably and hope you will receive ITA very soon~

damnit, i had an ITA and got rejected due to PCC error, was hoping for an ITA again today will this nightmare ever end with me getting PR...agh
