Why are you concerned about it? If they find any issue, they'll ask you to resubmit biometrics - it isn't that they'll reject or cancel your application for it. Also, if biometrics is marked completed in GCKey, you are all good. PR tracker isn't reliable for medicals or biometrics.

actually on my GC it’s showing “we did not receive your fingerprints”
So that is what is concerning me. We had already done it on 27th May

Call IRCC and confirm if your biometrics were accepted.
