You can have the same VO, but have a status started/completed/paused/etc.Anyone have any Idea about when the file remains in central intake office of Sydney. Is it means Background check process starts or not? And is Sydney office is slowest one in processing PR? Will be appreciated if someone help with more information
About slow or fast, every VO has been called slow or fast - so that's not a thing. Some VOs specialize in different cases, and if you have one of those case types, your processing time can be wildly different. I forgot, but either of Sydney or Etobicoke seem to be taking the caseload for a large number of fraud marriage investigations within EE - as an example, if your case is flagged in that category, you'll have a significantly longer wait time. Very little to do with the VO and we know very little about internal processing of these VOs to say anything.
