So far it doesn't really feels that the IRCC strike has slowed down applications after looking at the updates across the AOR threads.

It does slow down. I have seen that people getting their biometrics and medical updated within 20 days. Mine 1 month to update
But the strike started not too long ago. And it is okay to have MEP/BIL a month late. We are seeing MEP/BIL delayed to a month even before the strike started, so not sure if that's the impact of strike.
I finally called IRCC todayI called them at 8am Sydney NS time which is 7am EST and my wait time was just ONE MINUTE. I think most people start to call at 8am EST.
So they told me that my fingerprints are still being processed. So bizarre, I did my fingerprints 2 weeks ago. They said that in addition to eligibility also my "info sharing" is completed. Not sure what this is but I am glad it is completed.
Criminality is in progress and it is tied to the fingerprints. Security has not been started, from what I can see on the forum this step for FSW (French Speaking Workers) is done after the COPR number start showing in the account, so this is the last step.
And my processing office is the CIO. I have heard that CIO is quite fast, fingers crossed.

Yea, I feel you. I too am wondering why my eligibility is not starting. Like, did the officer sleep or go on an early strike immediately after checking on MP/ Bio Lol.
There is really no pattern with processing applications. We can do nothing but wait now.
The eligibility has probably started. Mine went from not started to completed in the tracker. Chances are it will take a bit longer now that the strikes are ongoing, but you should hopefully receive an update soon!

Yes, I believe there are. Two people from March AOR got their portal emails today.
