You are playing a dangerous game here. Your consultant has their credentials, but as the main client you should have yours then too. It is a very very dangerous value prop to not have yours. Get him/her/them to create your credentials and start checking it.

There are threads on this forum where RFV mails was missed by a consultant due to their oversight. They literally don't send any updates in GCKey in most cases when they send out RFV.
My agent also doesn’t let me know the file number and i cannot access to my status. My agent said ‘we can get an email update and then let me know you ASAP so don’t worry’ But i want to check by myself. I didn’t want to argue with them so i said okay but still

Honestly, I owe my visa officer a treat for the work. I did waste their work by not moving anytime soon. My COPR validity is Jan 2024 and that's when I'd probably do a soft landing or permanent landing.
Jan 2024?!??! You seem to keep pushing back your move. Is there something wrong?

I also have an agent, and as the main applicant they helped me get access to both my GCKey Portal and assisted me on registering on the Tracker. This is not right on your agents part. I really would doubt their ethics.

Aaah, and then there are some who want to be united with family but are stuck in wait game.

One of my dog is terminal. We don't know how long he has, but we will be here as long as he is :)

At this point, I wish I could give my PPR to any of you here and exchange your wait times. At least someone would finish their journey that way.

I know and can truly feel that when I see expiring WPs with BOWP wait times on implied status, family reunification, etc all the time here. It is funny how you can have everything, but have nothing. I was scheduled to land on Jun 1 permanently (alone), buy a house, etc, but plans have been postponed for the foreseeable future because of this: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/march-2023-aor.789909/post-10449904

Bless your pooch! It is always difficult to bid goodbye to them. I am glad you chose to be with your fur-baby in his last days, as they always comfort us in our bad times.
Btw, Jan 2024 - I'd say one of the harshest yet beautiful seasons to settle in Canada :) All the best!

100% with you here. @hahaha999 you don't need to argue with them over anything that's your right. Ask them that it is perfectly reasonable to provide client credentials so that clients have complete access to GCkey. Your agent isn't going to do anything post submission of docs anyways so what's the issue. Just be a little more assertive :)

I got a ghost update on gckey today. But there's no change in status for the background check which still says "in progress..." instead of not applicable.

Check tracker later in the day tomorrow, and there should be an update.

Need help. My CRS, when I received the ITA, was 486. But now during post-ITA application completion when I preview my score it shows 493.
There is a change in the Level of Education score from 128 to 135 now.
I have done Master's degree and got a 1-year post-graduate diploma from WES. In the education history form under 'Level of Education' I have put Masters, and further In the ECA report result I have chosen 'One Year Diploma' This is the same as I had mentioned in the Pre ITA application.
Please guide what I should do.
