Hey when you received your PPR request did they ask you to confirm that you will be able to travel within a certain date of your visa before they can issue the visa? If so where did you send the confirmation?

Nope you don't need to provide any dates. The instruction will be sent to the principal applicant /representative . You need to print the email , photos and passport to be dropped off at local vfs or can have it picked up.

Does anyone know where to send confirmation that you travel to Canada before the stated date?

That's the date till which the COPR are valid, everyone gets a date of expiry of the document . So if you don't travel before the COPR expires you need to inform IRCC the reason why, they then can possible extend the deadline, but you need to take medical exams again since your medical only valid for 1 year.

If they gave you the basic instructions of how to submit, just submit (presumably through VFS locally). That will just constitute your confirmation.

If you're worried about it, include a short note to effect that you will be able to travel before september next.

And just for context: I think this is a holdover from a period during covid when they knew a lot of people weren't going to be able to travel or want to - I doubt at this point they're going to do much for those who have a full ten or so months to travel (except in perhaps some exceptional circumstances).

Should be okay , I wouldn’t worry about document # I would check the details of the UCI # travel document # name and If provided address . The document # provided with the letter was updated on gckey as PR tracker never got updated so there is discrepancy within IRCC system

That's a relief , yes for me all the info is correct, also they mention UCI and medical IMEI number and CSQ , all is correct

I guess because for me OTtawa office generated that number on PR Tracker
And then New delhi issued this COPR so I guess that's y its just embassy generated document number , so

We have almost the same timelines not exact but close you can check my signature. Every application is different as I have received my PPR already but I would say you might receive it soon too.

In my case it's been 60 days my PA passed the medical. No feedback as yet.
My VO is Singapore. Anyone here file transferred to Singapore ?
