Hi everyone,

I have following queries for relationship proofs:

1. For financial support proof, I did transfer some amount to my spouse's account. I do have my account statement and same with my spouse. Do I have to provide statement for entire duration or can I provide few pages from the statement and highlight the transactions which was made to my spouse?

2. For insurance or employment benefits document, I have my term life insurance document in which my spouse is added as my nominee & mentioned as my spouse and we have combined medical insurance in India where she is added as my spouse. Will these 2 documents work as proofs?

Hi,

1. I think you don't need to submit the entire statement. Pick pages that have transaction between you and highlight the same. That is what I did.

2. Try to add as much as evidences possible. Eg. Nomination statement from a Bank or pass book page showing your spouse as nominee vice versa, Joint account if any etc

How long PA stays from “file received” to “in process” because it’s been two weeks and PA ECAS status still showing file received. We are Outland feb 2021 applicant, kindly provide your inputs thank you.

Mine never changed to in process. Just file received but have received correspondence for additional documents and medicals. I think it changes for some and not everyone

No. March 15 applicant. Sa, Med and Biometrics done. Ecas says in process since may 06. After that nothing. Whats your timeline.

SA, Medical & Biometrics done, Ecas showing in process since May 10th, and nothing since then
we have similar timeline, hope we get some reply soon

Just wanted to know a piece of information, when I had initially called IRCC, they had mentioned that PA's application was at CPC Ottawa (ECAS 2nd line says we started processing your application on May 14th 2021) but now the sponsor has received an email on July 21st stating that the application is in CPC Mississauga - what does this signify?

It means it has been moved to the office in Mississauga.

Sometimes. When they are moving files to remove backlogs etc.
