1 of those 2 things has to be true, and it is strange that ottawa is the only one not sending out anything.
if its to slow people down then thats backwards, cause as i said before, if everyone gets it all at the same time then everyone will turn up at the same time

Technically yes you can. I'm Hong Kong and Kingston Jamaica. My notes say that my file is in Hong Kong, but Jamaica is my main VO.It's either Beijing or NDVO, you can't have both

Is there anyone here whose time has elapsed for the spouse file processing?
I just checked my account today and it’s showing:
“Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.
If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to.”
My estimated file completion date was March 11, 2021. Got DM in ecas on 25th January and heard nothing after that. Is there anyone with same situation?

Theres a number of people... its a wait and wait some more situation... all guesses as to why but no actual reason
I came to Canada as a visitor in March 2020 (like a couple weeks after my app was sent) and ended up staying because of COVID. I updated my address with IRCC very early on so they knew I was already in Canada and just issued me COPR rather than PPR.
Congrats! I hope that means ppr for the rest of will come soon
This makes me very happy. I’ve been in Canada since January 2020 and updated it to IRCC, so I’m really hoping I just get COPR too one day when I get DM!
