Yeah..It’s just pathetic that every VO can send a passport request email soon after decision made except for Ottawa. None of this makes sense to me. 63 days later and no passport request, beyond frustrated at this point.

They finished my application as if I had applied inland because I notified them that I was already physically in Canada. I didn't have a landing interview, but I would have if they were doing them. Instead my COPR was emailed to me directly and it had instructions on where to send photos to get a PR mailed to me.oh ok, dont you still need to send your passport to them in order to get your pr card?

It's just an email giving you info on services that are available when you arrive... most of the time I think this means your generally accepted but depending on your travel history they can still ask for more documentation.Hi what does pre arrival services mean?
