Same here buddy I am also 18 March no update

I have called them again today. They said there is no update since the last time you called which was earlier this week. I hope calling them and asking for an update will not harm my application.

No it cannot as they have no file no.I don't know if it has adverse effects on file but they DO RECORD ALL CALLs events on our files. I saw GCMS notes they enter something like this:-

I guess they would record all call information as it is mandatory in all fields to see who has enquired about this file and so on. But, i dont think it will have any negative effects as it is understandable that we are awaiting for 7 months now and have 0 update on the file.

Any ideas if I want to visit my spouse, when this covid vaccine will start/finish here , also in India? Visiting during processing adds merit points to an application as we know.

I will be visiting my spouse by year end. Not sure if it adds any value or not but I am certain to go!

Hi guys march 16 spouse visa applicant from india here i got my AOR yesterday and today i got medical request but they did not ask for my biometerics yet i dont know why!!! I’m just curious why they did not ask for the biometrics with medical. Anybody can help me out !!!!

For those of you who have received AOR on October 20/21/22 can you access ECAS?

I received my AOR on oct 20th and was able to access ECAS on oct 21. At first it didn’t work when I put my spouses info but when I put mine it worked

Are you the sponsor or principal applicant? Also, is it case sensitive? Should I write the last name in all caps or just the first letter with a capital? Thank you

It takes about a day or two delay...don’t worry you should get by early next week if not earlier!
