Which doctor did you have it in chennai apollo, were they good? Did they have e-medicals, so a photo wasn't required? How long after the checkup did they send the results and finally how much was the fees. Sorry for all the questions. We just got our medical request as well.

They have a separate building for immigration medical test. We can't choose the doctor, they will assign based on availability.
They have e-medicals, but they also took passport photos from us.
IRCC received the results 2 days after the tests. Fee was Rs. 6000.

Once you call them for an appointment, they will give you all these details and clear instructions on what to bring for appointment.

Is that even feasible? I talked to a IRCC customer care representative a week before and he said he doesn't have any clue about 49,000 applications to be processed by December. I don't know what to believe. If indeed they can process that many applications. or at least hoping to then most people from Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb should get their decisions by year end.

49000 is the total for 2020.
6000 should be monthly processing Oct, Nov, Dec., etc.

I genuinely don't understand this.

In month of July when I (Sponsor) asked for status of our application through the webform. They asked me to resend the use of representative form despite me attaching the hard copy of the document sent along with my package on 25th March. Once I sent the same exact copy they accepted it.

In month of September I got my file number after calling the IRCC (Starts with F but havent received AOR, cant link to ecas). I used the same number and UCI number (from rejected TRV) to send my latest NOA which they accepted but they asked me again for the IMM5476.

When I sent them the same exact form, the reply to me after 7 days that they need a from which not older than 90 days. Is this the reason why there is a delay in AOR? This is infuriating.

Does that mean they can fast-track the process if they wish to?

I mean they are likely to start with files that were further along before covid so as to hit their numbers. Most files took more than six months before covid, so they had about six months of files (or more) from prior to covid.

yeah! UCI is Unique Client Identifier - PA & Sponsor will have a unique separate UCI. If you can't locate your file on ECAS, try linking it using GC Key, since you have the application number with you now.

If they plan to complete that many, depends how many they had in the pipeline from months before that.

Bit good news, I phoned today . Agent was such a nice gal. I asked her to check if she (IRCC) have received my UPLOADS ! She put me on HOLD say 20 minutes and she came back with a YES we have got uploaded PCC + spouse PPT copies Good news . Total talk time was almost 1 hour. Here I appreciate IRCC
My suggestion is always CLICK on " My application is being processed in Canada" Otherwise your uploads go to VISA office of Applicant and many thanks to that member again who posted a copy on forum.
