Yes this happened to me. I sent them the form included in my application and they told me it was outdated and complete a new form. It was suggested to me on here to have my spouse (the applicant) send in webform. So we did, but still no response. It has been over a week.
right click on any line according to your application received date and click add new line. Write your name and the date your app was received.
A good number of applicants received biometrics or aor1 on 15th September if we check the tracker sheet, hope to see all March applications getting aor1 or biometrics by the September end including me.
It's only 4th march applicants...it will take some time for them to go through all of March applicants

April applications are getting to know that their background check is in process, so why not we expect that March applications will get aor1 and biometrics this month itself?
It does seem that for some applications the Medical is completed more towards the end of the process; I’ve seen speculation that this is often due to the PA country of origin and that the medical is deferred to later as the processing time is longer for those countries, although I’ve seen no concrete evidence to back this up.
As far as I'm aware medical offices in some countries not doing medical exams right now; don't know what IRCC has done to adjust processes right now. For biometrics, they're just sending the requests and extending validitiy period of the request until the applicants can get the biometrics done.
