i'm March 19th app and still no AOR! and March 20 alredy got bio? did they skip 19th or just me? I can't link account cause no AOR yet, So if they do sent bio by mail - it shld be sent to PA rite? My hubby is Canadian.

Does anyone know if IRCC usually works on countries with the most applications first? Is that why they’re moving around the dates in March so randomly?
