IVR is an automated voice system you can use to check your app status when u call IRCC telephone number 18882422100. Upon calling the number, you will have to wait a couple of minutes for the automated messages to finish before you can select an option, after that you can select 1, 1, 2, 3 then year of birth followed by # then 1

as for ECAS, is an online tool u can use to check the status of your app if u haven’t linked to GCKEY yet.

Np, if IVR just says the date your app was received then it hasn’t started being processed yet but if it says we are processing your background check then it means your app is in process and u can link it to PA’s GCKEY
