Same here! Interesting my wife BG completed mine still in progress?? Is this a trend for a family??

No idea. Before the tracker was launched, I tried getting an update and was told that the background check is complete and my file is being transferred to local office. But after the tracker, I was told that my file is still in Nova Scotia and background check is underway.

Still in nova scotia?? I wouldn’t trust call center agents. They shouldn’t keep the file hostage to complete their ridiculous BG. They should go with the testing and process the rest while the BG in progress. I have ordered notes from IRCC and CSIS and waiting to see what’s going on. I suggest you do the same thing

From the posts I have seen, those 3 statuses change after you take the test and the test result is verified.

The testing website is designed in such a way that even if you disable the Built-in Camera and try using your External USB Camera it will again default it to Built-in Camera.

But my built in camera doesn't work. I was thinking of using my iPhone as a webcam (there are apps that let you do that).

Before you use your iPhone, double check the instructions in your test invite letter. I think they specified which browsers and devices are allowed for the exam.

Well, check the dates on when you can actually take the test - This should be specified in the invite. You can't take the test the same day you receive the invitation. There is about a week's time before you can take the test.

Oh the dates are from May 21 to June 10. But I thought we have to register for it or something like that and make an appointment to when we want to take it.

Nope. You can take the test anytime between those dates. No "registration" needed.
