There isn't much difference by reading what prohibition is ( Click on prohibition and click on the link under it) I can conclude that fingerprint can also be asked for Prohibition.

Yeah, I also thought that we had similar timelines! I think it’s just the fingerprint request that caused the delay…. Don’t worry your test invite will come up soon!

Trying to compute the difference between background complete & test invites.

Seems like background check is being done by some other dept since all of us have it completed without any delay. Only after the files gets into the hands of the case officer, delays start on everything including the test.

We received your fingerprint information on May 2, 2021 and will review them shortly . What i heard "Language skills",Physical presence and Prohibition will change the status after the interview.

Anyone who wrote the test/ Interview can confirm its true or not?

I have totally different results at the new app

"You've been scheduled to take citizenship test online between May 14, 2021 and June 3, 2021. Information and instructions will be sent to you. "

I haven't received any emails and if I haven't checked the new app I wouldn't have known it.

Only background verification completed for me.

I checked the new tracker and for me everything is still "In Progress" except Test and Decision section. Which is weird because I called IRCC a month ago and they said all the background checks are complete and next step is test invite.

Same here. Even background check is in progress. The funny thing is that I have valid clearance from the gov for 10 years and see most people background check is completed but min in progress!!!
