I'm outland too, from Brazil. My AOR is March 27. I have no updates since the day I applied. Have you received your medicals approval? On your BIL is there a date limit for submission?

Yes 90 days from BIL. I received my BIL on 59th day after AOR. So yours will be between 25-30 May. You can follow the myimmitracker website. Medicals not passed yet.

No the visa global offices in India will remain closed till may 30th 2020. So I cannot book appointments now

Please check vfsglobal.com, the latest update was on 19-may informing all services are closed till 31-May. So we will have to wait till that time.
