Sorry if this has been asked here before but what's the deal with biometrics at the moment?

Is there anywhere in Toronto to get fingerprints etc done?

This seems to say that we just have to wait until they open up again but I wanted to confirm if that's the case.

Ontario is opening up slowly, but no sign for biometric, which is usually done at Service Canada. So you will have to wait until then.
