This might be silly, but...
On July 31st, I got a request for fingerprints and I got them done the next day. They were sent straight to the office as requested, but I never got confirmation that it arrived (it still says Your Action is Required on CIC website). Is that normal?

Hi guys, yesterday i got eligibility passed letter and today ECAS is showing decision made. I am confused and worried as I never got any letter for SA.

Nops, I was concerned about it and my call to IRCC this morning was regarding to it because I got Decision Made in ECAS (Sponsor and PR) but no SA letter. The agent told me to wait until the local office contact me for the landing interview. My other concern was that wife's email account was blocking IRCC emails and they said to keep looking at the spam box or be ready for a phone call. I might be contacted for it by phone, GCkey, or email depending on how the local office schedules the landing interview.

I have configured the filters in my wife's and my email account to make sure it will not be blocked or go to spam box using the suggestions given in another thread in the forum

I am in the same situation. I got my AIP and ECAS decision made last week. I called them this morning and they said that if I got the AIP letter it means that the sponsor was approved, otherwise I would not get it. Apparently, it is a glitch in system. They said to wait until the local IRCC office contact me with the date and time of the landing interview.

Hi do you know if the letter will be sent to the email that is linked to GCKey account (in my case sponsor’s email?) or will it be sent to the PA?

Received call from my case officer this morning. He called me like 8-10 times from unknown caller id and I never answered then finally I answered and he asked me couple questions and said thts all and I should be receiving my interview details soon and he is satisfied with my application. Yayy!!
Just now I received Eligibility Approved letter for my wife.

My sponsor just received an email stating he has meets the requirements of sponsor.
Means now I have SA and AIP and my ecas shows DECISION MADE.

We finally got OWP and landing interview request today. So, the OWP came 1 week before the landing interview. Below is our timeline:
Application received by CPC Mississauga: 20190314.
AOR by email sent to sponsor: 20190427 (yes, it's on Saturday, when I check status online, it said they started process my application on 20190426).
OWP returned on 20190513 due to insufficient funds. Dates on the letter was 20190508.
Submitted OWP to Edmonton centre on 20190514
OWP application submitted to Edmonton Centre on 20190516
Medical requested: 20190522
OWP application received by IRCC: 20190613
Medical done: 20190613
Medical sent: 20190620
Medical received: 20190624
Background check started: 20190715
