188-242-2100 but its not working.I updated my address 2 weeks ago but everytime I check my CIC acct,my address haven't change yet.My old one still showing up.Thank

Yes keep calling, they put a voice message of “ we’re experiencing a high volume of calls....” but keep calling until it works! It took me few days to finally reach them

Got my test invite today, thats for Aug 15 , 2019. Thank God for the progress!

By the way, me and my boyfriend sent the application together, we got same date for test invite. But when we check his ECAS, there is a correspondence they sent on July 8. He havent got anything from email and to our mailbox until now. Should we wait for the said documents needed? Or call citizenship canada?

I am really bothered and he as well.

Any advice or situation likewise?

Call them, same thing happened to me, you have to call them and tell them to resend it again, I got the email next day

Check your junk and if you couldn’t find the email call them right away because i’ve wasted 3 weeks waiting for it, call the call center and ask them to resend it to your email
