Glad to report that we had our Oath ceremony this morning. The IRCC office is Hamilton. Invitation on February 10th, Oath ceremony on February 16th! There were 17-18 people on zoom.

From what I've seen, when your fingerprints are over 1 year, they expire. The application goes back to In Process so they can send a request for a new FP certificate. Then, it's back to DM. Yeah, you're expecting an Oath invite, and it's FP again.

So, I decided to call the Helpline. I specifically asked if the Hamilton office is/will be conducting virtual ceremonies. The lady answered that "technically" all offices should be hosting virtual oaths. I asked her to double-check, and after waiting a few moments, she answered that "yes"...

We are on the same boat. I've taken the test on October 31st, "Decision Made" on November 14, and no oath invitation. I sent a message to my MP today. Perhaps they are able to find a solution to speed up the process...

I just sent a message to my MP. Maybe you can send it too, so they work out a way to speed up the Hamilton office. I don't know why, but they could send us the invitation for July (if they have a backlog). At least we would have a date, so we can arrange travel plans around.
