So did you get notice in email yet or it just shows in ecas? You can always call the contact centre and clarify

Wow. Congratulations. I have done some research and no information about any policy changes anywhere. I dont know if they can do a ceremony virtually without changing the legislation. But if its happening, then it's good. So you allready had a ceremony scheduled for 16th March earlier?

I think it is perfect time for IRCC to start offering some services online. Things like oath etc can be easily handled online as most of the testing and interviews are done and the backlog can be easily cleared by making use of this downtime.
