This is what i received from consultant. The AOR was received on 20th March. This Update was checked on 9th July 2019. Any one can explain this as my consultant told me everything is going smooth but i need a neutral opinion.

How can he say everything is going smooth? Did he speak to CIC or what? most people with the same AOR have their medicals passed and biometrics completed at the very least. You can check this thread for yourself . And the screenshot you shared doesn’t say so. Try asking him for more details

Need some advise here. My last GCMS notes request was delayed and never received the notes. GET GCMS has said that they filed a request with IRCC to release the information on 7/10, and that if we don't hear back in 2 weeks then I would be within my rights to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of Canada (ICC). It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not heard back anything from GET GCMS guys.

Has anyone filed such a complain with ICC and is it advisable? The GET GCMS people say that the complain does not impact the outcome of an application. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

AOR - March 28
MEP- May 9th
Bio - May 22nd

Thanks in advance!

thanks for your input. But can you guide what should i ask him ? i asked him about the status of my case and he sent me this snapshot and told me that we can only wait at this stage. As per him , there is no query raised by CIC which means things are fine and its just a matter of time.

I am getting a little worried now.

Ask him the status of your medical and biometrics specifically. Btw Do you have access to your EE profile?

no ... as i nominated the case officer as representative and they dont share the EE profile login details to avoid any confusion

We had our GCMS notes delayed in a similar manner. We wrote to them to check after the additional 2 weeks were over. They sent the same mail again, but in 2 days, we received notes. So maybe try that? But do write to getgcms and remind them that you are still waiting.

Agree. I had a similar situation that my application was not progressing. Long story short I called IRCC and found the issue. My previous consultant also thought "No wews is good news" which I don't agree with based on my recent experience. Ask your consultant to call IRCC and enquire why the medical and BIL have not yet approved.

AOR Received.
30-03-2019
ordered my gcms notes today... dont know how much it'll help, as it says 35 days to reach me, and my FSW-O PR application remaining days are showing 50 days... (AOR 18 March, Meds 1 May, Biometrics 9 May, BG Check - Processing, Eligibiity - Reviewing...!

Oh god this wait...!
The same situation is mine, this wait is killing me. Why the same visa office is finishing some cases faster and other cases slower. I have no travel history. I am not sure what's taking so long.

You definitely need to call CIC at the earliest or either your consultant lacks experience or is a fraud !!

Your AOR is 20th March and it takes maximum 40-50 days to get medical clearance (R10 check to complete) with automatic trigger for doing the bio-metric.

As per the screen shot shared from the system, the cases is un-usual or abnormal. It needs to be discussed with a CIC agent asap. You can use hangouts dialer as it allows free unlimited calling. +16139444000
