On friday 13 they ask me to update schedule A after months of no news grrrr, my app still in Mississauga, I still dont have the AOR2.
I send the new Schedule A on sunday and they didnt even look at it yet...

Kiev received my application on April 20th, no updates since then. I don’t know about calling the VO, it might be actually annoying them as they asked somewhere to keep the communication to minimum.

Kiev usually doesn’t send AOR 2 by the way. Your line on ecas “We started processing your application on...” is your AOR 2.

It looks like Kiev don’t really update when they actually start background check because I noticed for many people from Kiev VO BGC changed to “in process” on the same day they got “Decision made”. So it’s just a waiting game and hope we will see some movement on our files in August)

I had my Member of Parliament contact the visa office last week because I had heard nothing since AOR2 dated May 22. They were able to confirm that the visa office has done absolutely nothing since they received it. :-( I have made a GCMS request as well in the hopes they will at least look at the file and start something. So frustrating. Some April applicants processed in Mississauga have already landed in Canada. It is so unfair.

Where is your visa office? I received my AOR2 May 8th. Yeah right, i saw some april applicant landed already thats why im so worried.

Our visa office is in Bucharest Romania and is notoriously slow. I am hoping something happens after GCMS request. It is like they wait until the last minute before the 12 month mark to do their job. I have been to this office in person and omg I sat for hours to speak to someone for a simple request.

We never got an AOR2 from our local Visa office... and last week Friday we got medical request. So I guess some officers don't send AOR2...

Not every visa office sends them consistently. Once you see that line sayingg we started processing your app on xx day in ecas you can take that as your aor2

That is interesting.

I got email dated July 6th from CPC stating the application was transferred to LVO.

My ECAS states "We started processing your application on July 4th, 2018" - So I'm going to assume that CPC notified me after my application had been sent to LVO?
