My VO will be Mexico because my wife is from there

My ECAS said In Progress since AOR1

We have received notification of file transferred to local visa office ( LVO) but no notification from the LVO that they have received our application...

Have u received file transfer notification from cic if not you shall call them. They will be able to tell the status of ur application.

I have received letter from CIC as of June 8 that my app would be transferred to Kyiv VO. Since then there is complete silence with no updates on ECAS.
Should I call them? I wonder how much time would it take them to send AOR2?

If u check ecas, the second line says we have started processing... that is aor2..

Why is Mississauga processing so fast when everyone sent to other offices waits months longer to even see any movement whatsoever? Really discouraging. I understand every case is different but this is ridiculous.

Kiev received my application on April 20th, no updates since then. I don’t know about calling the VO, it might be actually annoying them as they asked somewhere to keep the communication to minimum.

Kiev usually doesn’t send AOR 2 by the way. Your line on ecas “We started processing your application on...” is your AOR 2.
