Application sent March 8, 2018. AOR2 May 22 and not a word since then but today I received pre arrival letter and it says decision made on ecas! How long until I get request for PPR? I am with bucharest VO.

Why is Mississauga processing so fast when everyone sent to other offices waits months longer to even see any movement whatsoever? Really discouraging. I understand every case is different but this is ridiculous.
