Thanks for your reply oh boy just want to find out my visa office x
Same here wanted to know my Visa office and status of my application. Got a reply saying that my enquiry has been forward to Nova Scotia, Sydney as that is my Centralized Intake Office (CIO). Still no update on my file. So I have submitted another web form to Sydney office to know the status and now have to wait for another 15-20 days.

Hi All,
I have recieived ITA in Feb 7 and AOR on Mar 29. I got PPR couple of days back. I am in Detroit, Michigan and I want to know which is the best option to get the photos taken. I have called drug stores, Walmart, Costco etc. and none of them do this. Called a lot of local studios and again none of them do this. Can anyone please suggest what is the best option to do this. The spefication document says to get the photo taken by commercial photographer. Please help!

Hi All,

I tried calling IRCC on the 1-888-... no. from India, but couldn't find get through.
How to call IRCC? Somebody pls guide..

Thanks..

I received my aor on 6th March and since 16tg March I am in ip1 with meds passed so when can I expect the PPR as per ur calculation??
I guess it will be somewhere between 25 May to 10 June .. they are still processing Feb files so dont expect anything in comimg 2 weeks .. today 6th Feb applicant got visa from Ottawa so it is diffcult to guess when they will finish with Feb Aor .. many ottawa applicants moved to IP2 and PPR on the same day means we do not need to worry if we are in IP1 since long time .. nowadays they are doing background check in IP1 as well without changing it to IP2 ...

Try using the following website to convert your passport size photos to Canadian standard and you can print them on a 4x6" (10x15cm) matte photo paper in any drugstore. The website is self explanatory. Hope this helps!

Quick weekly round-up:

If you have any feedback on this report please PM me.

If you find this status update useful please click [LIKE] - thank you in advance.

Current Processing:
*Overall, i am not seeing a lot of activity from CIC, they seem to decrease average processing time in the past 2 months, not sure yet by how much, but there is decreasing trend in overall waiting time.

PPRs by Visa Office:
*Ottawa is leading with the most number of PPRs, some other VO are doing not bad too, NDVO is quite sleepy at this stage.

Passport Request by period:
*I can't say that there is any increase in number of PPRs... the strange this is that there are not too many rounds this year compared with last year.

Averages by Visa Office:
*As we can see mainly its pretty even

Statuses by the month of submission up to date 2017:
*I would say that CIC clears up 85% of applicants within 12 months mark. 6 months is not an accurate figure.

Statuses by day of submission for 2018
*
As you can see about 25% of Jan and Feb had been cleared.

Looking for some advice.
I have AOR from March 20th. I submitted with X-ray deferral for my wife. Is that why I haven't heard back anything? Do I need to follow up?

I am FSW O as well. Currently in the US. AOR 25 th March. Medicals passed April 5 th April. Then I think around 11th or 12 th April I moved to IP2. No update after that.
Neither the email the folks are talking about on how to find jobs.
I've applied FSW, currently residing in the US. Been stuck in IP1 since March 29.
