IRCC should implement a percentage bar in my account, indicating where we are exactly.

I have just called up IRCC and after a long wait of about 40min, I was informed by the agent that the website has crashed and cannot see my file details. Suggested to call back tomo

Congrats on PPR!
I'm in a similar situation additional docs requested 28th of March, uploaded 6th of April. Haven't seen any changes yet and it's been almost a month.
Can you, please, advise how long were you given to submit additional docs?
Thanks
I was given 1 month to submit the documents. I submitted them after 7 days and the status changed to your "documents have been uploaded" after 3-4 days from the submission, when I enquired about no further changes in the status after appx 10 days from that, I was told that the documents have not been reviewed yet and to wait for few days, the documents column changed to "not applicable" from "your documents have been uploaded" exactly on the 30th day and also my medical status changed to PASS and my background check changed to IP2 from IP1 on the same day.
I know the wait is frustrating, I was in the same place. Try to divert your attention in your regular day to day activities and you will get the PPR request in no time. Gud luck!

Thanks for your response, I'm given 60 days, that means they will not touch my case files until the end of May.
I guess you're right, there is not much do to but distract myself with other day to day stuff.
Thanks again and good luck!

What did they ask you for?
I have similar timeline as you. And I was told my file was recommended pass, also doing bgc since 04.22 it’s been 2 weeks almost after they initiated bgc and no ADR and also same answer, my file will be final reviewed after bgcs

That would be so freaking awesome. But why just you? We need that for everyone mate! LOL
I meant "my cic account" for everyone jaja, not for me only. Anyway, this improvement would help them too, by not receiving too many inquiries or calls, I think. They need to understand that we get desperate about this.

Please Advice!!!!

I am really confused. I called IRCC on the phone number (613) 944-4000 for several times from google hangouts and the first time i called the agent said that some other department handles these inquiries and she cannot give me their no. as i was not calling from Canada. I tried again and the agent said she will connect me to the correct department and the call got disconnected. Since then when ever I am trying to call I get the msg that I cannot call on this toll free number from my country (I am calling from USA) but I did get through the first two times.
The Second number which people called and have said that they were able to talk to an agent is (888) 242- 2100 , it says the call cannot get through and that I need to check the no. I have dialed. So I don't know what to do . Has anyone contacted the IRCC can you please let me know the correct way or what menu options to press to get to the right agent.
Thanks!

Hello everyone,
I’m new to this forum and below are my timelines.
AOR - 15-Mar 2018
Class - PNP Outland
Medical passed - 23-Mar 2018
Received an email from WES ON 24-Mar asking to send a duplicate report to IRCC since IRCC was not a recipient. Sent duplicate report on 25-Mar.
I’m assuming I’m in IP1 stage right now, but is there a way to tell which stage I’m at ? Thanks! Any info will be helpful.

you can find out which IP you are at by checking the BG (Background) message. If it says "Your application is in progress" then you're IP1 if it says "We are processing your background check" then you are IP2
