Sent mine in February, Canada post tracking says delivered on 20th feb but I have not received any acknowledgement.

Same Here. Tracking says received on Feb 20th but no reply. A friend of mine submitted on Feb 7th and got acknowledgement on Feb 17th. So, may be we will hear back soon?

Got today mail saying my application received . and another asking me to link it

My wife is sponsoring me and she is currently in canada and i am in Jordan, we received an email from cic that they recite our application on December 23rd, and then we received another email that our application is in process on January 10th 2017, i am a bit worried that I we didn't receive any other email till today specially the SA . Any help please

Next emails after processing would be either a doc request, which will be soon, or if your papers are ok, they will do lots of staff then ask for an interview or your passport. That will be ~ 4 to 7 months from the start of processing, around july.
