Yes that's very normal because Family Class Spousal Sponsorship from Saudi Arabia will be forwarded to LVO. That's my husband visa office and he's working in Saudi Arabia.

March 31st applicant. Our CIC changed to BGC started today. No updates on ECAS at all. So at least things are slowly moving

I am unable to link our application on the website because we are using a representative. Apparently this is a known issue by CIC and they suggested that we submit a revocation of the representative, link the account, and then re-submit the use of a representative form. This seems like a lot of work.

My question, then, is what are we missing by not having our application linked? Or, is it worth it to do the dance above of revoking the representative, linking, and resubmitting the use of a representative form for the sole purpose of seeing whatever we can see if we are linked?

You are not missing anything so don't panic about that, however...

Reps should link through the rep portal.

Did you try linking and received a message that you cannot link because of rep? We have a rep, however I was able to link. But I agree you are not missing much. What about ecas?

hello everyone , i'm a march applicant , my BGC didn't started yet , and the status of the application is still ( application received on : 29/03/2017 ) . Do you guys think it's normal ?? My file was transfered to my country and the ambassy asked me for more documents like new pictures with my husband and conversations and again for the original police certificate... Is it normal ??
