I am unable to link our application on the website because we are using a representative. Apparently this is a known issue by CIC and they suggested that we submit a revocation of the representative, link the account, and then re-submit the use of a representative form. This seems like a lot of work.
My question, then, is what are we missing by not having our application linked? Or, is it worth it to do the dance above of revoking the representative, linking, and resubmitting the use of a representative form for the sole purpose of seeing whatever we can see if we are linked?
