I uploaded the PCC on the GCKey which was enabled, the emailed the Ottawa VO and also sent it through webform. Did not do physical mail though.

only way youre going to find out is if you order your notes.. no one has answers for you as to what is happening here - youve posted the same question in multiple threads.. its SUCKS not knowing anything we all get it.. your notes will be the only indicator... and probably the most reliable

Ah, I see. Thanks for explaining!Not entirely correct. You can use ecas but cannot link the account. You do not need to link the account. I still got all requests through email and see AORs, when docs are requested, when medicals are received, etc, through ecas - but I won't see changes like "BGC in process".
