Hey guys,

Finally I got an email today from Canadian embassy in Beirut requesting my wife passport with 2 pictures and the email printed so they can issue her PRR visa. I applied march 29 and 4 month later everything is approved... that did not take time since my file was transfered to VO june 30.

how did you provide your PCC? through website or postal email ?

I uploaded the PCC on the GCKey which was enabled, the emailed the Ottawa VO and also sent it through webform. Did not do physical mail though.

only way youre going to find out is if you order your notes.. no one has answers for you as to what is happening here - youve posted the same question in multiple threads.. its SUCKS not knowing anything we all get it.. your notes will be the only indicator... and probably the most reliable

We have 30 days to send the passport and 2 pictures.

Will get those pictures taken this weekend so we can send everything next week!

Congratulations! Is your medical upfront? What is your Visa office ?

Not entirely correct. You can use ecas but cannot link the account. You do not need to link the account. I still got all requests through email and see AORs, when docs are requested, when medicals are received, etc, through ecas - but I won't see changes like "BGC in process".

I have been waiting 55 days until now my background check doesn't start yet .

When did you apply? Could you please share your timeline so we could add you to the March spreadsheet if you are a March applicant?
