Hi my hubby received that kind of email.is that the Schedule A? Can i submit it eventhough i haven't received the exact requested documents yet? Can I submit it by mail? TIA

Yes, usually it is the request for schedule a and police certificate. If it says in your ecas that they send you a correspondence that you didnt received then yes, send it through webform or mail it with handwritten signature on schedule a.

Hi, does your PA ecas says a correspondence was sent on XXXX?? If it does, it means they sent you a request but didnt received it because of their system problem. However, the correspondence is a request to send your schedule A form and police certificate. You can send it through webform or by mail. Make sure you handwritten signature the schedule A and colored scan your police certificate when sending it through webform.

It says "We sent you correspondence on May 6, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

I got the email to link my account on May 4th, but haven't received anything since then. How do I access the webform if I haven't received the request?

Thanks! Can i send it both? My hubby submitted police certificate and medical upfront .

Just got the letter that states our app has been sent to Ottawa! Great way to start a long weekend :)
When did u file your application? They received mine on 14th of march and sent me uci on 17th of march then they sent pcc and background check request but I didn't get it. They sent me an email with sponsor approval and that they transferred to Ottawa on 23rd of march. But ecas was in process on the 21st of march which was weird. Finally they received my sched A after 40 days. But still no medical request!

Here is the link in the webform, click it and attached your scanned schedule a with handwritten signature and colored scan police certifcate. However, they have a backlog in their webform which may take 1 month or more before they can attach it to your file. So suggest to send it by mail.

IRCC webform:

IRCC correspondence mailing address:

You can actually do both to make sure!

So, from what I understand from reading through recent posts, I should be expecting AOR2 about one week after our file has been transferred?

Yes you can try doing that, besides its the same thing they will get if you will send it through webform

Do both the sponsor and applicant link the application to their CIC? Our SA came through quickly. We only linked my husband (applicant) through my CIC. In my sponsorship emails, it says twice that the next step is schedule A and pcc to be requested, but the request never came through. As I have been reading through the forum, I know the lack of request is quite normal, so I have emailed it and reported it as a technical issue multiple times attaching the signed paperwork.
