Ikr ! The schedule A thing is so frustrating man . Its been over a month since my spouse got her meds done and after that there has been no update on the file. The apparently is still in Mississauga. They haven't even transferred the file.

I know bro. This Schedule A form attachment has brought grief to almost everyone. Try calling the IRCC call center and check whether the Schedule A and PC are attached to your file. Different agents may give different answers. If you get a kind agent ask them if you can mail or email the copy of these documents if still not attached. You should be relieved if you see your PA ECAS "in process" (this will confirm the documents are attached and forwarded to the Local VO).

Thats correct. When i linked my account after aor1 it stated medicals passed

When you say "letter" do you mean snail mail? or email? Also are you the sponsor or applicant?

Well I submitted the PCC upront , to they attached the PCC to the file . I did submit the Schedule A through web from they never received it . I finally decided to send them a hard copy of the from through mail.Lets hope for the best .

Hopefully the mailed copy will reach faster than the webform and your file will be transferred soon.

This is a file transfer email. It means all your documents are attached to your application and it is been forwarded from CPC Mississauga to MVO. Once, MVO starts processing you will see a line in PA ECAS as "We have started processing your application on XX/XX/XXXX.

Hi, does your PA ecas says a correspondence was sent on XXXX?? If it does, it means they sent you a request but didnt received it because of their system problem. However, the correspondence is a request to send your schedule A form and police certificate. You can send it through webform or by mail. Make sure you handwritten signature the schedule A and colored scan your police certificate when sending it through webform.
