Hi! Hoping someone can tell me whether I should panic or not. I'm applying from the US, submitted my application March 28th, didn't hear anything until May 4th, when they finally acknowledged that they had received it. On May 9th, my husband was approved as a sponsor, and his letter said that a request for a Schedule A would be sent to me within 5 business days. I've linked my application to my account, and I've been checking daily, but still no request for the Schedule A. Should I just send it anyway? If so, where to? Should I contact someone? I don't want to panic, but I'm kind of in a time crunch.

Hi, does your PA ecas says a correspondence was sent on XXXX?? If it does, it means they sent you a request but didnt received it because of their system problem. However, the correspondence is a request to send your schedule A form and police certificate. You can send it through webform or by mail. Make sure you handwritten signature the schedule A and colored scan your police certificate when sending it through webform.

Hi all,

Just want to give you all high hopes as I have followed this forum since the beginning of my application which was filed Mar 2 2017 and on May 17 2017 my wife received her PPR. Our documents were transferred to Dakar VO (Senegal) and as of May 4 2017, we saw the new lines in ECAS "We started processing...." On that same day as well, we got the status update from Application Received to In Process for PA. It took 2.5 weeks to receive PPR for us from the time of PA status change which is unheard of especially for countries in Africa. Also just to give a bit of background as well, the medical was sent upfront and it is due to expire as of 07.22.2017 hence in the email we have received yesterday from Dakar VO advised us to send Passport as soon as possible before our medical expires (As if I will let it expire lol). Also I underwent the same troubles as you all with the schedule A & PCC which I submitted via IRCC at least 4 times but with all the issues & delays I was noticing in the forum and after speaking with CIC rep on the phone, we decided to submit it by mail to CPC Mississauga.

Thank you all again as this forum has been very much so helpful and I wish you all speedy process. Patience is key and stay strong, the end is near

Congratulations and thank you so much for sharing your timeline and experience, it definitely helps to stay patient -:)

Can you change my status to in process as of today?!

Finally!
Congrats! We were chatting just yesterday about it!
We're still not in process and our Schedule A was attached before yours I think. Something must be wrong with our application.

Hey, which visa office your file will be going? Because I think cic is transferring the files per batch, just like yesterday when our ecas changed to in process and other applicants whose files are going to manila visa office were also changed to in process yesterday.

I got changed to "in process" today. Am I supposed to get an email when this happens?

Usually, you get a file transfer email from CPC Mississauga specifying the name of the local VO after the status is changed to "in process". When you see a 3rd line in ECAS as "We started processing your application ......" you get the AOR2 from the local VO in almost a week.

Thank you! You should call them and see what is going on!

How long after so you get this email?

I have called a few times. Next Tuesday will be 4 weeks exactly since schedule A was attached and that's the last thing on my file. You're a US applicant as well correct?
