Hi. Did you guys send the file once on the IRCC webform? Because mine was still no confirmation of receipt. I submitted last April 14.

There's no guarantee that you will receive a confirmation once you sent the doc through webform. I talked to an agent yesterday, she confirmed that my schedule a had been attached to my application. so what you should do is to call them after a period of time.

Seems like phone numbers of CPC-M staff are available on this weblink but not sure if it's upto date or would they really help if contacted. Anyone from inside Canada may try and update others about their experience.

doubt it....if the number is legit, they are more than likely going to ask you to go through the proper channels and call the 1800 number and wont have any access to or will not provide info about your application anyway

Yes, that's what I'm getting her to do. She went and got it remade in english and added her name. Hopefully this works now fingers crossed

I agree, I miss when people could update on their own but understand it kept getting messed up

I sent the docs through IRCC webform only one time on April 29th...and yesterday I received an email confirming the receipt. Did you call them to confirm that they receive your docs?

Yeah we already called them 3 times regarding our schedule A. The agent said that as of now, there's no attached scheduleA on our application.

So on May 9th I (Sponsor) got an email mentioning that my file has been moved to London VO, I logged into my wife's GCKey account and also checked ECAs it still shows "In Process" on ECAS, & in my wife's GCKey account they had requested a form for IMM5536E as she is a Pakistani citizen which we uploaded and thats the last update.

Can someone tell me please as to how long does it take from the time now that the file has moved to London on May 9th for the process to complete

Yeah - our schedule A was received and attached April 25 as well. I checked ecas Sat am and it was now in process. Just waiting to hear what VO, hoping for Ottawa. Sounds like you should hear similar news soon

No I called CIC, we have lawyers so I don't get any of the communications. Mailed 20th of april and when I called a week or so later they said it was attached to the file and being processed since the 25th
