quick question guys-------------- just got my spousal application returned because of not providing birth certificate of spouse. but i submitted adhar card and 10 th certificate according to country specific requirements. do i need to submit anything else beside that?

Had you already received AOR1 and still application was returned? May be you can try to explain why you cannot produce birth certificate and whatever you possibly could you had already submitted unless you can get birth certificate from spouse home country

no there was no aor. will be getting certificate soon from municipality, if they can register it now.

I think they will register it even now when you show them metric card and it should solve your issue. All the best

We used IRCC webform case specific inquiry to upload schedule A and PCC on Apr 25th and just talked to an agent a while ago. So far they have not received/attached it to file. He said if I got an IRCC system auto reply when docs were submitted then everything should be ok. I asked him when should I call again to check and he said thats upto us if we have half an hour to spare and wait on the call otherwise they will contact us when next step is ready. What else can we do except waiting

thanks! I finally was able to reach and speak to an agent...he confirmed that the docs were received, but he couldn't see if they were attached to the app. But later in the evening I received an email which states:

"...We are pleased to confirm the reception of your document. We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration. If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you."

So I guess they received my docs....but didn't attach them yet. Am I right? But anyway they have it - that is what matters

No, on 1-May-2017 my sponsor received an email from CIC stating that my file was being sent to the Ottawa visa office. Then I checked the online tool (ECAS) yesterday (11-May-2017) and an additional line had been added stating that my application started being processed on 10-May-2017.

I just got an email confirming my application is still in CPC mississauga and my PCC and Schedule A submitted via webform are still not received. I will be resubmitting them again but this time I know the name of officer handling my case. Any similar situation guys? Thank you.

It was written at the end of the email:
Officer XX. They gave me 3 options to submit via email, mail or fax. Probably IRCC and MyCIC have technical difficulties. I submitted via IRCC last April 6 which I guess they haven't received.

Ours says "mark agent #3847" on the email that confirms our schedule A was delivered.

Is that what you are referring too?

Has anyone received the request to upload the Schedule A Declaration form via MYCIC? (Without using the Web Form) after the SA email? How many days did it take to receive the request on MYCIC?
