Just a question...when the Schedule A and PCC are attached to the application..is that somehow reflected in mycic account under "Review of additional documents"?

After you uploaded and submitted the files (it's a 2 steps process where you have to electronically sign the submission ans submit after uploading the docs) you should see this in MyCIC:

"The additional documents you provided have been uploaded"

On, the main page (after logging in, etc..), you will see a section called:

View my submitted applications or profiles where you should see your Permanent Residence application. On the right side, you should see a blue button "Check Status and Messages" - click on it.

Now, you should see a table detailing the status of your app. The 4th line is "Review of Add' Doc"

Thanks. Forgot to mention that we had to submit these docs through IRCC web form...unfortunately I didn't have a button to upload these docs. So I'm wondering if even in such case I would still see that the docs were attached ...or nothing will be reflected there.

Thanks for response. I uploaded via webform so I don't have that button. I only have the request which came yesterday. I still got the request even after they sent an email to me on may 4 saying they received it.


Should I submit via gckey still?

Or just leave it since they already received it?

When you go to MyCic using your GCKEY do you see all the forms attached that you submitted as part of the application. I don't see them for myself so I believe only the additional ones that they ask through MYCIC would be visible there. Others can further confirm if my understanding is correct.

in my opinion, upload it, you can never be too sure. its already done, so just do it that way you hjave piece of mind as well that they DO infact have it and that it WILL be attached to your file... just my opinion... like when they asked for my husbands sons photos AGAIN.. i emailed them, i uploaded them via GCKEY and i sent them to mexico.. just to make sure that they got them... for me, with this process if youre providing what they want in MORE THAN ONE WAY... they get it GUARANTEED... again, just my two cents happy friday all

After the SA email, Has anyone received the request to upload the schedule A declaration form via MYGIC? (Without using the web form).

i got that AND a request for new photos for my husbands son BEFORE SA.. in gckey was able to upload within 24 hours... photos took a bit longer as his son is in the dominican and we had to have them sent here

How did you find out it's in Ottawa if you don't mind me asking?

I used the online tool (not GCKey) to look up the information. Neither my sponsor nor I received an email about Ottawa beginning to process my application.
