I used the online tool (not GCKey) to look up the information. Neither my sponsor nor I received an email about Ottawa beginning to process my application.

So in your mycic it says it's been sent to Ottawa?

We're trying to understand where our application is now - we can't link our account since we have reps and they haven't done it - so just curious. Thanks

When you go to MyCic using your GCKEY do you see all the forms attached that you submitted as part of the application. I don't see them for myself so I believe only the additional ones that they ask through MYCIC would be visible there. Others can further confirm if my understanding is correct.

We submitted the evening of April 24th at 4:00pm. We got an email may 4th confirming it was received. Hopefully attached soon!

Submitted our schedule A and police clearance on April 25th and according to IRCC Call center agent it's still not attached to file yet as of today. He said nothing to worry and it will be attached and they will contact us when next step is ready. Is this normal as after AOR1 our SA is pending for more than a month now....

We used IRCC webform case specific inquiry to upload schedule A and PCC on Apr 25th and just talked to an agent a while ago. So far they have not received/attached it to file. He said if I got an IRCC system auto reply when docs were submitted then everything should be ok. I asked him when should I call again to check and he said thats upto us if we have half an hour to spare and wait on the call otherwise they will contact us when next step is ready. What else can we do except waiting

in gckey OR in ECAS it wont say that... the only way youll know is if you receive a physical letter stating that the VO is now processing (AOR 2) it OR if you see a line added in ECAS that says "We started processing your application on XX XX XXXX" (unofficial AOR2)... if you have contacted them in the past, you may get a response to state that your file is in transit to a VO abroad, which indicates file transfer... i called because it had been more than a month since FT and i was getting concerned. All is good now

Ah ya - we've called and they said it's still in Miss, but I know others who have called and then got the letter shortly after about transfer so who knows. The call center people aren't really all that informed unfortunately. Thanks!

i agree -- they are very inconsistent with their responses and willingness to help. its unfortunate, because this is a HUGELY stressful time in ones life and when you get a less than happy person, it makes it even more stressful

Electronic signature is fine if your uploading it, if you are mailing it, it needs to be signed and sent.

quick question guys-------------- just got my spousal application returned because of not providing birth certificate of spouse. but i submitted adhar card and 10 th certificate according to country specific requirements. do i need to submit anything else beside that?

I hope this won't cause any problems with my app. Hopefully the fact they have received it 3 others ways will be sufficient
