We have heard nothing since April 21 when I got SA

Is there anything I should be doing about PA not receiving med request yet? We received aor April 18 and SA on April 21

Do you have MyCIC access? Check for messages from CIC there. It is not a big problem in my view. They ask for it when its required. Because Medicals are valid for 1 year only, so they want to avoid asking for remedicals during the course of processing. We received Medical, PCC and Schedule A requst a couple of days after SA. but it varies from case to case.

Here's a tip: Ask other applicants from your country of origin having the same Visa Office as you.. about how much time after SA they got their medical requests.

We just need to wait. there is nothing we can do. I tried calling them again but they keep on saying the same thing.

They say that we cannot find your application and there is nothing we can do but just wait. and other agent told me that your file may be lost, we have processed all march files and working on April 3rd files.. idk what to do. we sent it through Canada post and was signed in too.

Then it might be you try to collect everything again for a new package...I know it's sounds very depressing... but that's the only thing you can do if they lost it....

My PA has also not gotten his medical request yet, and I received SA on March 30th. He is also a US outland applicant. I'm stressed about it too, but hoping it's just because they do things differently for the US applicants!

Can someone help how to proceed if we have not received any notification mail in ECAS or via mail to upload Sched A and PCC form.
Also, if we need to upload via IRCC, how shall we proceed ?

I'm also U.S outland and didn't receive medical request yet since SA on march 23
