Still no medical request and we got aor on April 18 and SA on April 21. What is with this? Pretty much everyone else has got it!!!

Hmm, yes called to CIC and the agent responded a request is sent to PA, in case if there is a system issue it may take 5 business days.

May I know did what did they say to you?

Yes I call to CIC, when I request more details on correspondence she instruct me to send Representative form as being a sponsor dont have rights to access spouse appliaction..lol

My Spouse application received by CPC @ 30 MARCH 2017. Since then never heard anything back from "CPC" .

I am calling CPC agents almost daily since 2 weeks, here are stupid replies I got so far :

Agent 1 : Your file is not shown in system, I don't know where it is .
Agent 2 : We are currently working on 27th March files , so you have to be little Patient
Agent 3 : I have checked and your file is okay its just pending in backlog but I can't see anything on system
Agent 4 : You file might have returned check with Canada post, but i have no tracking number
Agent 5 : We are currently processing April 3rd file , so your file might have lost somewhere
Agent 6 : We are not able to find any details on your file in system, I can't tell you anything except to wait

So my dear friends this is CPC *BUL**S**T answers, Now I am totally lost what to do and whom to approach. Is there any other way to approach CPC ? I spent 4 months to collect all documents and I am by no means doing it again. Almost all March applicants got AORs except ME .

Please help me and advise me what to do and whom to approach ?

Which postal service did u use. Cause in my case i used canada post n sent it as a registered mail so some one had to sign for it. If u did that u might be able to c who received it. N try taking it from there. Just thinking dont know how possible.

I used Canada Post Register email . It was received by the name : "H MAHMOID" .

I gave all my details to CPC agents but they are bunch of **********ts and give me conflicting replies

I haven't heard anything from them either. Call them many times but same answer as yours. March 28th applicant here.

I called call center today and she said if request doesn't show up by the end of this week (for Schedule - A & PCC) your file may get transferred to VO and they will request it on our behalf. She confirmed she can check resent request was sent on 19th of April and its not been resent yet and most likely it wont be sent again as per her.

Is any one in same boat or heard same from Agent.

SA - Done
MED - Done
