Way more than a month!! And the schedule A I sent on March 27th doesnt have a handwritten sign.

Here is the copy of the confirmation email I received:

Dear ******,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We are pleased to confirm the reception of the Schedule A and Police Certificate. We have forwarded them and the information you provided to the responsible office for their consideration.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

So it takes over one month for them to confirm a webform upload and it doesn't matter whether you sent a hand signing copy.

We got an Email from CPC M (with an attached PDF) confirming that our file has been transferred to LVO. Is this whats referred to as the AOR2? Or is AOR2 a receipt notification that is sent by the offshore Visa office directly to the Sponsor/Applicant?

1) We sent Schedule A form 12 days ago through webform but I have not yet received any confirmation
=> can I understand from from "Application/profile details" whether they have gotten it or not ?
=> how long should we wait for their confirmation?
=> should I send it again ?
2) we did medical too, is it reflected in this profile details ?

Same here, we sent it the same day than you and we didn't hear form them at all!

Did you try calling? They might tell you what is going on with your application. We were waiting for our AOR almost a month. We did call them and next day we received an email.

no, this is not AOR2. this is to state that the file is being sent to the VO. AOR2 will be sent by LVO and a line will be added in ECAS to state that they started processing the application on XX day

What concerns me is that what if they sent medical request but due to mycic glitch I wont be able to see it....Is there any chance to see it through ECAS..? Or I will have to call once in a while and ask if there was any request?

Pcc upfront, Schedule A Apr. 4th. so you are lucky to get a confirmation at last.

It seems that no one has a issue with a medi request. you'd better wait for that.
