We just got this email too. I think in response to the myCIC technical issue we filed a while ago.

"Please upload this additional document and attach it to my application" - is there something magic about including this string? If so, why couldn't the call centre guy have told me this three weeks ago? So tonight I'm going to submit the IRCC webform for the 3rd and 4th time (using "technical difficulties" and "sponsorship" categories, since it's still ambiguous which one is correct).

And the start of the email said: "Since the request for additional documents was sent prior to you linking the application on March 21, 2017, in order to upload your documents, we invite you to:". Why does everyone at IRCC keep using this language - "SENT"? Nothing was sent!

Just this line "Please upload this additional document and attach it to my application" in addition problem or not?

Does the Schedule A request mention the Officer's name to whom the documents be mailed to? Or we just need to send them to the CPC- Mississauga address with the Application and UCI number? I'm planning on sending out the Schedule A through Express courier.

i called CIC today and they told me that if you didnt receive aor yet it might be that your application is incomplete and sent back , i hope thats not the case :'(

I called cic today. the agent told me if you haven't received anything yet the file might have gone lost. wait 1 more week and resubmit application if necessary. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

No, I didn't get the Schedule A email or request on MyCIC. So I called them and the agent said they sent it on 5th of April. So I was going to mail them the Schedule A which is faster and wondered if it has to be sent to a specific officer. Just wanted to check if the request email contained any instruction to send to specific person.

I mail it today only cost me 2 dollars, write whatever you concern, it is simple, just some printed paper.

How many days did it take for you to receive the "passed" confirmation from cic after your medical examination?
