I think it asked you if you PA and the sponsor are living together, if you answer NO, then you dont need to provide those documents. Go to the next question where it says if your are not living together.ap88 said:Hello seniors!!
I am almost done with my application, need couple of clarifications before i can submit it. I wish to submit it tmrw itself.. Can somebody help me with:
1) Checklist 5533, Part B, point# 7 Proof of relationship to sponsor: 1 document from three of the following sets of options
of the following sets of options:
•
Joint ownership of residential property or joint residential leases or joint rental agreements listing both the sponsor and the principal
applicant; (Minimum 1 document).
•
Proof of joint utilities accounts (electricity, gas, telephone); (Minimum 1 document).
•
Important documents for you and your sponsor showing the same address, such as copies of Government issued identification
documents: driver's licenses, insurance policies, etc.
•
Important documents for you or your sponsor showing that you are recognized as each other's spouse (such as employment or
insurance benefits). (Minimum 1 document).
•
Documentary evidence of financial support between your sponsor and yourself.
•
Other proof that your relationship is recognized by your friends and/or family (e.g. Letters, social media information showing a
public relationship, etc.)
I don't have any proof for 4 of the above required proofs, is that ok? We dont stay together so we dont have any of the above documents
I do have all photos, letters, boarding passes, conversation proofs etc..
Is it ok to move forward with the application?
2) The barcode pages for forms 1344 and 0008 needs to go on the top of the whole application package after the checklist or does the individual barcode page go on top of the corresponding form?

When you submit thru IRCC web form, you will get email acknowledging it immediately.
The email will let you know that it takes 10 business days.
CIC will not let you know that they received it. You have to call on the 10th day to know if they have it.
The agents will tell you two to three weeks, but that's just what they are to say just like they will tell you that it may take 30 days for your transferred file to visa office. But we know on a good day it doesn't take that long except sth happens with your file.
So again it takes 10 days for the documents u submit by web form to get from the tech department to processing office, but how quickly d officer in charge of ur file attaches it to ur file and moves to d next step depends on individual officer.
If you submit thru my cic, they will get it next day but it doesn't mean they will work on it immediately. It all depends on the officer in charge
I know these info because I called and asked agents.
I hope people will take time to read thru some of the pages because again we have shared experiences on this particular topic countless times.
And last correspondence before that was April 19 for schedule Ajeff198901 said:Can anyone confirm if it's normal that my wife hasn't got medical requests after SA on April 21?

Yes. Each case is different so do not panic. Some members from Jan submissions are still waiting to medical request, just to give you a sense of timelines.jeff198901 said:This is normal?
