I just reported a technical issue from CIC account and also using IRCC webform..

How long will they take to fix it?

I also talked to CIC call center, They are asking me to not mail the documents as these documents will stay in mail room for month at least.
Lets see if they fix it, othervice i will upload documents using IRCC webform...

I did the same, two weeks ago. Call centre told me IRCC webform also takes 3-4 weeks. I honestly don't think what they say has any basis in reality though. They might be right sometimes, by accident.

I called this week and the call centre agent confirmed that my document was received successfully via webform. Minutes after the phone call I received an email from IRCC confirming that my schedule A was received and attached to my file and I would be contacted if more information is required.

I assume the next step would be to transfer my file to the VO but I'm still waiting. Only at that point will I be 100% sure everything is OK.

Can't say for sure. I called after 10 days. They said the technical team has a huge backlog. I don't think they would have gotten to my file yet if I hadn't called checking up on it.
