I mailed my PA's Sched A to the same address we sent our outland app. (P.O. Box 3000) it was forwarded to the officer looking into our file in less than a week.

Hey i remember u said u cant get the pcc without the request letter .. did they tell u anything about resending the request letter ? Or how u gonna do that ?

Thank you SO much for this response! That is exactly what we did - we both worked on it all last evening, emailing each other back and forth. I was so nervous, though, that mailing the scanned documents would be a mistake. I'm so encouraged to hear that they accepted yours!

Happy to help. Good luck on your app! On the side note, we didn't fill out the IMM 5475 either but they were able to accept it because of the cover letter.

There's an Appendix A from CIC website that you can download. We used that and it worked. We told CIC that we never got the request. Also called the other day to have it resent but still nothing. We do not want to delay any longer so we have to do something to speed things up. We told CIC about this but they didn't say anything, so I guess they don't mind. Well it's on their website available for download to the public anyway. We asked for extension and it was granted "internally". The agent said the visa officer put a note on our file waiting for PA's PCC.

PS: I have sent Sched A through post mail. The docs were forwarded to the visa officer less than a week. BUT they will not notify you that it has been received, you have to call them. Better than the Webform, I guess.

After sending Schedule A in ircc webform I received this email "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at a visa office outside Canada." Did they attached my Schedule A already before sending my file to the visa office? Thank you!

To everyone who sees in their ECAS or elsewhere that they have been sent a correspondence which they never received, a lot of people are having that issue. It is most likely a request for your Schedule A and police certificate. You will either have to upload them through the IRCC Webform, or mail them to this address:

PO BOX 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON L5A 4H4

The police certificate is fine as is, but the schedule A form you will have to Validate, Print, Sign it by hand, Scan it, and then submit it through the webform or mail it, whichever you choose.

I got AOR on 19th April 2017, but so far i haven't received Sponsorship Approval. But when i checked the status using PA's UCI it shows

Do we submit Schedule A and PCC before SA Approval? Please let me know.

I received that reply after 12 business days. I'm confused if that email means they also attached my schedule A before they forwarded it to the visa office.

We have something like 45 days to submit the documents. From what I read here, I thought the time given to submit the documents was much shorter then that

We called the Immigration office yesterday to check on our application. They said they haven't even opened our case yet and thats why we dont have our file number

I am so heartbroken.

Everyone's case is processing so quickly and here are we ... Still waiting for the CIC to issue us a stupid file number ..

not 100% sure, however i think that the application might then be considered incomplete and your app will have to be re-filed

REALLY?
People used to get processed in 16-24 months.
I filed on Mar 2nd and no medical request or news after sponsor approval whatsoever. Because I am used to the processing scheme of CIC, I regard this as a good sign. A refusal is the quickest of all responses.
