Thanks for your reply. It seems that the response anyone gets is based on the mood of the agent at the IRCC Call Centre. The lady we spoke to today was not helpful. She was very short with us and did not want to assist, despite us being as friendly and cooperative as possible. She never offered to check with the web team or anyone else.

Both times when I used the web form, I confirmed that the file sizes were under the limit. There seemed to be no issues. So I'm at a loss as to what is going on. I mailed a hard copy to Mississauga a couple of hours ago. I only hope it actually arrives safely and that there are no more delays.
the same thing happened with me and the agent couldn't assist me and didn't offer anythinng else to confirm if they received the schedule A. She said you can call next friday and confirm

Just received my SA

On second look, they also comment that it is to expire within 12 months.
I am not sure if I am receiving this message only because of that
In either case, the VO is requesting her passport

Mexico is my vo as well. What does the message say percisely?

Steps to link application
This is the combination of info that seems to work best for most folks:

Application Number
Client ID
Place of Birth - click box and hit the space bar once, don't type anything
Applicant's Country
Enter the Passport info
Where You Will Reside in Canada - Enter as per application (As per Forms)
Number of Applicants - many people get lucky with 2, sponsor and applicant

Try to call them and see if the call center agent can give you a file number. If you do, then your application is deemed complete and they will start to process it. One thing about calling them is it's hard to connect through.
Their customer service # is 1-888-242-2100. Good luck!
Thank you so much!

Hello, as I haven't received my Schedule A form request yet, I am going to submit it through IRCC web form. But can anybody tell me if it is okay to submit it with the 'typewritten signature' at the signature's section a the last page; or, I have to print it first and then sign by hand before I could scan and send it?

Thanks
